Reading Response to The Knife of Never Letting Go

What I liked most about The Knife of Never Letting Go, was really the whole overview of the book, but mainly when Todd was being chased in the woods are runs into what he thought to be a Spackle, but it was just a girl trying to find her way and follow him. I also liked the relationships. Viola coming in being one of the only girls in the town is scary even though she doesn't have her parents anymore. Viola changed Todd from being the little boy that he was into that man he wanted to become.

Todd's thoughts changed from him always thinking of himself to thinking about Viola and the rest of the world or town that he was running away from. As I was reading, I was thinking about how the guys in my grade have changed over time and how they sometimes think more about what they are doing and saying rather than saying and doing whatever they want. So I can relate to that. I also really liked The Knife of Never Letting Go.
